can not connect to homail

i install and uninstall the norton internet security, and now,
i can not go to hotmail home page, and can not login to messenger, this report that the username or password are invalid or not correct....
the other pages no problem, only is with hotmail and messenger,...
please somebody can help mem.......

I have no current problems using hotmail.
check the site from another PC.
