I have set up 3300 ICP running on 4.1. I used it to configure one of our customer to set up RAD and playing messages. But I want to delete these RADS now. I did the system restore from the previous backup but RAD is still there. How can I get rid of this? Any help would be highly appriciated. Thank you

Can not clear RAD 1

You cn just remove the RAD message from the RAD set or replace it with a unrecoreded one e.g. if it was 1 change it to 200
You can also overwrite the old message with a new one via the admin mailbox option 8
