Forget Waldo where did my server go? When browsing my small network domain 10-15 users. I can see ever computer in the domain except the server?

However I can view it's resources from any computer by typing \\servername and all drives map fine and logins are fine.

Anyone know why a win2k3 server would not be listed in the directory of computers? It's a domain controller and I think all the correct services are running.

What is my stupidity overlooking,

Hi vex,

I'd be willing to bet that if you look at the properties of TCP/IP under Advanced on the WINS tab you need to set to Enable NetBIOS over TCP/IP.

I hope you find this post helpful. Please let me know if it was.
