Can not be part of a Network Load Balancing cluster

The selected server fails the following prereqs:
Can not be part of a Network Load Balancing cluster


I am getting this message when I am trying to run the internet mail wizard in Exchange 2003. This server is not a part of a load balancing cluster and as far as I can tell meets all of the prereqs to run this wizard.

Anyone have any ideas?
