Can not be able to assign DSS/Busy Lamp 1

I have got 3300ICP and Version 10.1.2.16 Rel 4.1. I am trying to assign BSS/Lamp field key for a perticular number, but it says "No more room for a new member in the busy lamp group". What does this mean? Can any one explain me? Thank you all.

The system has 2 possible reasons for displaying this message. The maximum amount of monitor on 1 number is 16 and there is a flex. amount of total for the system that might be reached, but this can be enlarged through Dimension Selection.

More than likely you have reached the maximum of 16 appearances. This can be confirmed by viewing the Remote Busy Lamp form.

KWBmitel@ Yes it has reached to maximum of 16. How can we change it? Is it safe to do?

There is no way to change the limit. 16 appearances is the maximum.
