Can not back up 0x32 after restore

The message on my pc says: back up operation of the system programming can not be completed because a re-evaluation/auto-admin session is in progress. This happens if I remote in from the office or if I am on site and direct connect. The system went back to default and I used a dick that was from 2003 to restore the programming with. Has anyone come across this message, and does anyone know what I can do to fix this and restore my customers programming again.
