Can Not Access Voice Mail/Voice Mail Not Picking up Calls

Hi all -

My employer has an Avaya Partner Model 103G18A phone system for his very small business. When I left on Friday, all was well. When I came in this morning, I can not access voice mail even though it indicates there is a message, it just rings and rings. Also, people calling into the office do not get voice mail if I am unable to answer, it just rings and rings. I tried to do a search to figure out how to fix this problem to no avail. Any help would be much appreciated. I have no experience with this system, and am not aware of all the technical terms expressed on some of the other sites I have visited. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
 
What kind of Voicemail is attached to the Partner?
Is it a PCMCIA card, a full size module, or a stand alone type unit?
If it is a PCMCIA or full size module, you could try power cycling the Partner system.

why not just call the vendor who installed it ?
 
My guess is your system lost programming. If you have a backup/restore card, you can restore your programming.
