Whenever I go to log on to my companyweb, I get the following error:
-----------------------------------------------------------
Server Error in '/' Application.

The resource cannot be found.
Description: HTTP 404. The resource you are looking for (or one of its dependencies) could have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable. Please review the following URL and make sure that it is spelled correctly.

Requested Url: /default.aspx
-----------------------------------------------------------

I think its configured wrong. I think it's something to do with sharepoint services but can't find out exactly where the error lays.

I've reinstalled share point services, but still nothing, also I can not create a new website.

Ignore the OWA bit but read it carefully..
What's happened is that SharePoint has marched in and taken over the whole place. So, follow the article and change all those Exchange based directories for the directories you're talking about and you'll be ok.

If you've got things at the default web site you'll actually need to create a new IP on the box, new website and move your Intranet to the new site.

SharePoint just takes right over.

Okay, Now I'm getting the msg.

HTTP Error 403 - Forbidden
Internet Explorer

I'm still stuck, but feel like I'm half way there. It's given me a "Forbidden" error, even though I'm signed on as the Administrator.

Please check the permissions under your Exchange, ExAdmin, and Exchweb virtual directories. It is possible that Integrated NT Authenticaion is not enable... which it should be.

My apologies... i read this whole post wrong... but the initial concept behind it is the same. It is a permissions problem on the virtual website for Sharepoint.
