Can not access console port of Cisco 7200 VXR

Hi All,

I can not access console port of a Cisco 7200 VXR.

It shows the below ouput when it reboots on the hyperterminal window on my pc.

System Bootstrap, Version 12.2(8r)B, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc1)
TAC Support:
Copyright (c) 2002 by cisco Systems, Inc.
C7200 platform with 262144 Kbytes of main memory

Please help me to resolve this as soon as possible.

Hi mushobozi,

"The console and auxiliary ports on the NPE-G1 are disabled by Cisco IOS when an I/O controller is present; the console and auxiliary ports on the I/O controller are active" Please check te I/O controller and try to access using it.
