can no longer dial servers

I've just installed Notes v5.07 alongside version 4.6.2 - now when I try to dial any of the server connections listed in my Local Address Book using 4.6.2, I get "no ports capable of calling are in use. Use the File - Mobile - Edit Current Location...menu command to use a port"

As far as I can tell, the location doc hasn't been changed, and the modem itself (on COM1) seems fine too.

COM1 port is checked in my location document too...has the install of Notes 5 overwritten anything important?

SOLUTION (FOR INFO):

The modem had become 'de-selected' in File -> Preferences -> User Preferences... -> Ports.

I chose it from the drop-down list, and all is working fine now.
