Can no longer backup Netapp gateway when failed over to vfiler running in a cluster

Have two NAS gateway clusters all backing up using a common configuration to a Networker Storage Node.

Unfortunately got an issue with one NAS head (crashes during backup) that means we want to run as a vfiler for the time being, until we get the phyiscla hardware repaired.

Unfortunately, when in taken over mode as a vfiler the backup now fails with the error message:

5777:nsrdsa_save: Cannot open nsrdsa_save session with backup.server.xx.xx.uk
backup failed.
<ERROR> : Failed with error(s)

Anyone any idea why this backup no longer works when running as vfiler off the cluster partner?

The Networker backup command that works normally (i.e. when not running on alternate cluster as a vfiler) is:

nsrndmp_save -s backup.server.xx.xx.uk -M -T dump -P storage.node.xx.xx.uk -c vflier.xx.xx.uk

Asked EMC from the Legato side but they have no answer on this right now.

Obviously the alias list is incomplete as the error message indicates. Look at the "Globals (1 of 2)" tab and extended the list as requested.
