Can no longer access remote systems!!

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Recently, I'm unable to attach to 2 workstations that I was able to connect
to as early as 3 three weeks ago. I'm using BENT 8.60 Rev.3808. When I click
on either system in the selection area, I get an hour glass that will spin
forever and if I go to Task Manager, I see the "Program Not Responding" message.

Each system has remote agent installed and the only thing I've done recently
is upgrade the tapebackup hardware.

Anyone out there have any ideas??

Hi There

Try the following

1. Start, Run, then type \\WORKSTATION NAME\C$ are you able to access the C$ share? if not you may have a network issue.

2. Are you able to browse to the workstation the Network Places?? If not once again network issue.

3. Are you able to Backup through a USER DEFINED SHARE within Backup Exec??
