Can the NBX transfer calls to Internet based user?

The call gets answered in the office and then transferred to someone working from home. Can you do this?

I think you can use the pcXset software for a softphone across a vpn. is that what you want?

Does this software only work if the NBX is in SIP mode? I don't want to use SIP mode as I want to take advantage of the built in voicemail.

We use version 5 and it came with PcXset, so no you do not need sip.
