Can MWIs be set from phone to phone on 2 PBXs connectred via T1s?

If we have 2 CS1000s connected via a T1, can one phone set the MWI on a phone on the far end. Lets say they are both set up with ARS.

Using PRIs with Qsig, if DSC and CDPs are used is that all that is required? Any options or commands required for the MWIs to get from one phone across the T1 to the other?

If both PBXs Cs1000 - use IFC = SL1 on both the route and DChannel

Also add MWI for RCAP in DChannels

PNI in route must match at both ends

CDP DSC ok but must not have any digit manipulation

and never networked switches?

i have used qsig to control lamps on rolm, simens and cisco.. cs to cs you don't even need an rcap entry

Well we have networked about 100 different switche sof all vendors in our switch room for gateway and VM integration products. More like Jack of all trades situation here.

The problem is that we need to test MWIs in the direction from the TDM phone calling out over a QSIG T1 to either a T1 Gateway, or another NT CS1000 and setting the MWI lamp. We have a gateway connected to the T1 Qsig line, and the MWI set gets an error, actually just air indefinitely.
