Can multiple messages be deleted at once rather than one at a time?

Hello,
Is there a way to delete several messages at once, or delete all messages at once rather than pressing 76 after each message one at a time? We have VP's who have to save a number of messages, then want to delete them as one bunch, instead of pressing 76 one at a time. Please tell me there's a way to do this. CallPilot release 05.00.41

The only way I think that is possible is to use CallPilot desktop messaging or MyCallPilot.
