Can move buttons tabs etc..

I am altering the form layout of an app a friend has been working on. Howver when I am in design mode I can not move or resize any of the command buttons or labels.


HELP ASAP

Need simple instructions.

right click on form in designer mode -- menu will have an option 'unlock controls' choose that
