Can MFM be administered in WinSPM

I have an MFM installed in an MLX-20L. Using the system console, or standard SPM, I can address the MFM. I can assign lines, change line ordering, etc.
But in WinSPM QuickAccess, there is no way to see the MFM. Is that normal?

I note also that while I can attach a phone to the MFM and dial calls, no calls can go to the MFM; dialing it causes fast-busy.

A SystemReport shows the MFM properly setup.

Check the jumper settings on the MFM. When used for a single-line analog phone the jumpers should be on W&Y, A&B. If the analog phone still doesn't ring then you have a bad MFM.

I was able to view the MFM in WinSPM after doing a Frigid Restart (System Erase) of the Legend. Very strange. Also, the MFM now receives calls.

Settings on the MFM were OK all along.
