Can Messaging R1 do this?

I notice that the messaging R1 has 99 submenu. Can it be program so the user can make selection base on a pervious selection?

Example: For direction to our site please 4

message on 4: If you are coming from the Hwy 680 press 1, if your are coming from hwy 280 press 2

message on 2: Give direction based on caller pressing 2.

What is the 99 submenus for?

Yup, in each submenu, you must define the selector codes. You can set those selector codes to go to additional submenus. Only the Dial 0/Timeout option remain constant, referenced to the original auto attendant that the call came from and the mode of operation (day/night)
