Can Meridian report give me the phone#'s dialed and who dialed them?

Ok, was wondeirng if can ask my Meridian Phone system to give me a report that shows the following:

Outgoing Numbers dialed
Duration of calls
Day and time
Name of person or extension of person making the calls.
Is the person leaving the phone in dial tone to avoid making calls?

Im trying to manage a team of callers and my local MIS team doesnt know anything about meridian phone systems!
Thanks for any help you can give me.If I know if the system can do this at least I will know something more than they do!
