Can Measure Descriptions be dynamic?

I have a request to make measure descriptions dynamic. I know I can assign query items to descriptions in Dimension Levels, has anybody found a way to do it with Measures? The users want to be able to make a change in a database and have the Measure Explain Descriptions update when the cube rebuilds.

We are using PowerPlay Transformer Version 7.3.908.0-0
