can M2250 consoles be set to diff priority levels?

if I have three M2250 consoles, can they be set to different priority levels? it seems one console is taking a lot more calls than the other two and I'd like to know if there are priority levels. if so, naturally i need to know how to determine that. thank you.

NO THEY DO WHAT IS CALLED LOAD SHARE, AND IF YOU THINK ONE CONSOLE IS TAKING MORE CALLS THEN THE OTHER OPERATORS ARE DOING A LOT MORE TALKING RATHER THAN PROCESSING CALLS

where can I find information about LOAD SHARE? I'd like to read up on it. Or is that a programmed parameter? thank you for your help.
