Can log in to Navisphere 1

All, I can't get Navisphere to log me on, it does not ask me for a username or password, and I get the following error:

ERROR Domain Configuration
User Account information defined for this node is inconsistent with the rest of the domain. Please restart the ManagementServer on this node to resolve the inconsistency.

and then the Navisphere tools come up but I don't see any of the LUN, does anyone have a suggestion on the problem and how we can clear this error.

- Go midway down and click "Restart Management Server"

do the same for SPB
