Can a Linux box (Mandrake 8.0) connect to a Win2k box to access shared dsl via Win2k's "Internet Connection Sharing" (ICS)?

thanks

yeah you should be able to. Specify the router (win2k) IP address as the router that should do it. You might have to configure your browser to use proxy server (Win2k) again specify the IP address, not sure what port yu would connect to though! Tezdread

I heard that it won't work if its 2k Pro. It has to be 2k Server for it to allow connections from Linux... Anybody know this one?
