can linksys wrt54g v5 being upgrade to v7?

What does the Linksys website say about that. There is usually a readme file with the firmware download. What does it say about that type of version swap or cautions?
The firmware version is usually unique to a specific hardware version series. This would be a good question for Linksys support, if you can get someone that understands your question and is not reading from scripts!
