Hi,

I am using BC10 system with ISDN30.

First of all ,

1. Can i split the 30 channels into 6 cahnnels each for 5 company?
2. Can such configuration be used for both incoming & outgoing call?
3. Can i still program to send out only one main number instead of all the 6 channels number when making outgoing call?
4. can i still enjoy the CND ( caller ID display on my digital phone when i received incoming call)?

Thank in advance.

1) Yes
2) Depends on the PSTN (out/yes, in/PSTN)
3) Yes
4) Depends on the PSTN, but usually Yes

to 1. yes, for outgoing traffic by using 5 different routes and programming 5 custs. So all user can have the same destination (9 or 0) but using its own channels.
to 2. for incoming it depends on your provider, If he support this - no problem. And it depends on with which public numbers you are planning this scenario. Do you want to have completely different public numbers or do you want only divide the number-plan in 5 blocs? I think the last one will be easier for your provider. And you told in 4.), that you want to have one mainnumber... But the best way would be that all 5 companies would divide all 30 channels. Then the reachability would be the best - for incoming and for outgoing. But maybe you think of charging?
to 3. yes, but sense is not clearly for me. Why do you want to have this?
to 4. yes of course

The trunks has to be split in different routes at the
pstn also .
The channel negotiation between md & the pstn can be overridden by pstn on your outgoing
channel choice and the pstn give you another one .
It depends on the master/slave setup between pstn and md.
( or Network side / User side priority)
