Can IP Office extract reports?

is there any chance that IPO can extract report itself or do we need a 3rd party cdr app? Also can IPO can extract a report for the trunk performance?

This has been covered in previous posts but to recap, there are third party paid apps for this such as Xima Chronicall which does much more.

you can check SMDR under System>>SMDR. I have not used it before but it will give you very basic cdr for completed calls.

Manager - System - SMDR just sets the destination for data but can't do anything with it.

System status - trunks - trunk n - utilisation summary has some basic info.

Very old systems had Delta server ....

Yes I know, there is a free app that can collect these data.

Client wants to know the trunk performance report. Also, they already have a cdr app but asking if IPO has basic report itself l.

Have you checked System Status? It is quite basic but may be all you need.

I saw the trunk performance in the SSA but theres no way to extract those.
