Is there a way to add a button that has specific steps to the tool bar in Excel 2003. I have a spreadsheet that is going to be manipulated by many people over and over for different processes. I would like to click a macro for each step and not have the macros inside of the spreadsheet(s).

For example.
Person 1
Imports the mainframe data
saves the file as a new name
Sends sheet to vendor A

Vendor A
Updates the file
Sends back to Person 1

Person 1 converts updated data to conconated ascii and uploads back to mainframe.

The process is the same but there are multiple vendors. Right now (with lot's of help from you guys) I have a spreadsheet with 3 buttons

1. Import from mainframe
2. Import from vendor
3. Export ascii file

The problem is that when you send the sheet to the vendor, you get an automatic refresh message. If you say no, then you do not get any data. If you say yes, it seems to duplicate the columns. What I have now would work if I could send the sheet (without macros) to the vendor. I realize I can create another button but then started to wonder if that was the most efficient way. Soooo I'm open for any suggestions as I am really new to excel macros etc.
Thanks
