Hi guys,

This morning I have some problem with Router 3660 IOS 12.0 router, and I need to reboot it.

The problem is that, sh log command does give me only the log after it reboot. Before that has gone !! Any command to to make router keep the log in NVRAM or any suggestion on this will be a much appreciate.

Thank you in advance,
Preeda

I have been unable to get any Cisco kit to keep log entries after a re-boot. The best solution is to send the log messages to a syslog server using snmp.

Obviously this will only send messages whilst connectivity is maintained , but it does help in most cases.
