Hi there,
right before I go on learning something about xsl Formatting Objects I would like to know whether or not it is possible to use them in a php-script?
Until now I just found the possibility of processing xml documents using the php-function 'XsltProcessor()'.., which is quite helpful for me. But since I worry that CSS won't fulfill my needs, I thought of xsl-fo.
The php-script shall be called from within a browser. The script will contain the instruction to output the data of a certain xml file using the rules of a certain xsl stylesheet (?in combination?) with Formatting Objects.
Thanks a lot for any responses,
Layne
