Can I: Use XMODEM to transfer configs and OS files?

Is there anything in the BayRS world similar to Cisco's ROMmon mode?

For example, if I had an ARN that had a couple of corrupt OS files and wouldn't boot, is there a boot helper cli that would either allow xmodem file transfers or tftp boot setup? What diagnostic/recovery options do I have via the console port when the OS won't load from flash?

What corrupt files? ARN.exe,config?
There is a generic TI_arn.cfg on the flash and a procedure you can do to build a mini config to get the router so you can use site manager to reload the config or build a new one.
Is the ARN is question local or remote?
