It's sad to say Im a MCSE and can not find a sure answer on this question. Heres what I need to do:

Use Windows 2003 RRAS to make a VPN server using only 1 NIC since I have a dynamic IP address.

Is this possible? I've tried using 2 NIC's but since I dont have a static WAN, that causes problems.

Thanks for any assistance.

You should be able to---the number of connections will be limited by bandwidth. I use a Cisco 837 as my VPN server, which works great, and in your case I believe would work better than Win 2003. Any Cisco router with the right IOS image will do, plus the routing, firewall, IPS, etc for your network.
