can I use pcanywhere for remote support -- ISA Server?

Hopefully, this is not a lame Q?

We have pcanywhere and would like to use it so that I can support the SBS 2000 / Echange 2000 Server from home when applicable.

Has anyone use this method if so what do I need on the ISA side? Cause, I know there are rules and such (vpn stuff)
