I have a Cradlepoint MC400LP6 cellular LTE modem that I use with Mimo Omni-Directional Antennas.
I want to get a second modem and my question is if I can use the antennas that I already have for both modems using a splitter?
Each modem will have a SIM card using a different carrier (At&T and Verizon).

Unlikely - you have to remember that those antennas not only receive but also transmit.
If you transmit from one 'SIM Card' directly into another SIM device you will damage it.
