Hello,

Today agents xfer cusomers to survey. I'm trying to find a way to automate that process and am wondering if I could leverage the return vdn feature. Quick example

4 different chanels skills/agent groups

Tech Support English
Tech Support Spanish

Digital Products English
Digital Products Spoanish

Calls come in and agent handles the call but then I want to send each call to a channel specific survey. They route out a specific TFN to a survey vendor.

If a different VDN routes to each skill then it's easy. Set up the return destination to a VDN, route the VDN to a vector that routes to the toll free number for the survey.

If they come in on the same VDN and you prompt for English, Spanish and each support type, then you need to route those selections to a new VDN with the appropriate return destination, then to a vector to queue the call to the right skill.
