Could anyone tell me if I can use DDNS without DHCP in a NT/2000 Domain with 1 2000 Server? Thanks

sure you can
go to tcp/ip properties of your Win2K clients,
click advanced,
go to the DNS tab
and select 'register this address in DNS'

I have not failed, I've just found 10,000 ways that don't work
