Is possible to schedule task with AT command to run they every 5 minutes? Where I can find documentation on it? The help with '/?' is very poor and it would seems that isn't possible.

I have seen that the "schedule task" given together with Internet Explorer has the possibilitie to run tasks how I want in a lots of differents ways, but I have also seen that it is inefficient and has the bad caratteristic to interact with the desktop.

All you have to do is to upgrade your IE to ver 5.0 or higher. IE 5.0 updates the Schduler service of WinNT to Task Scheduler. Then, its a piece of cake to schedule any task, any application or batch file at a specific date, time or multiple times in a day. In the properties of the task you create press the "Advanced..." button and select "Repeat task" "Every-5-Minutes". This is what we do normally. Tell me if that doesn't solve your problem.

I don't want to utilize Task Scheduler of explorer because it interact with the desktop. I don't want to see the command shell to pop up on the screen every time that a task starts because it disturb me when I work on the server. I'm looking for a shedule tasks that works in background.

In the startup option of the Task Scheduler service in the services applet, uncheck the "Allow service to interact with desktop". This would, hopefully, allow you to do what you want.

...Ops!! It was simple?!
Thanks,... now I will try it for to see if it is compatible with all my tasks...

Unchecking "Allow service to interact with desktop" didn't appear to work for me. My scheduled task still seem to pop up. I'm just running a batch file to reset the system clock periodically. When I run the same batch file using the AT scheduler, I do not see the same behavior. Is there anything else I am missing?
