Can I use a router as DNS server, without the use of a external PC?

Hi, I know that you can tell a router to check for a DNS outside (with "ip domain-lookup", "ip name-server IP_ADDRESS).
What I will like to do is to use a router as DNS server itself.

Thanks a lot
