Can I use a docmd to publish to excel

I have a report that I manually publish to excel...can I do that in a DoCmd -- or is this the same as transfer spreadsheet.

You can use DoCmd.OutputTo. It is not the same as DoCmd.TransferSpreadsheet, which is not suitable for reports.
