Hi.... well, the question is a bit longer:

Can I use 2 nic in one server, but with SAME subnet, and DIFFERENT gateway each? like following:

nic1: 192.168.1.20 GW xx.xxx.xxx.xxx
nic2: 192.168.1.21 GW yy.yyy.yyy.yyy

many thnx in advance

yes, but you will get the nics acting as a router

if it acts like a router, what exactly does it mean.... can i ping the 192.168.0.20 from any local station? ..... sorry for the maybe 'stupid' questions....

No, routing and NICs are independant of each other. You can't do a setup like that.

Cheers

how about using etherchannel and setting them to round robin mode?

Question, what are youtrying to accomplish. Without that info you will not get a meaningfull answers to your question.
