Hi folks,

Does anyone know if it is possible to trace the route a call takes from the CO to the final destination?

For example, we have DISA setup and depending on input of caller, an incoming call will be routed to appropriate extension. I'd like to be able to log each call coming in and which extensions (plural) the call is routed to (including floating / virtual extensions like DISA menus & ICDs etc) to see if there is a logic flaw in the programming. I know where I expect a call to be routed to, but how can I see if something is going wrong and it's not being routed where I think it should?

Thanks

In programming you need to enable log incoming call and pring code RC and AN
