I'm using access 2000.
I call the report from a form to preview. If the report is printed I need to run a query to update some records.

Any help would be appreciated... even a NO to put me out of my misery.

I walk over to the printer and if I find my report, I know it printed. I can then click a command button or whatever to update some records.

Damn that's good, why didn't I think of that?

I guess I'll just have to settle for 2 buttons, print and print preview.
