Hi all
Can i take a backup copy from configration befor LEVEL 2 reset BCM 400

i lost NNAdmin Password but i have another password
if i restore abackup again all account back to default ?
what is the other simple way to reset Password?

it restore security from old backup or IMG disk ??
i dont have any backup and img to this system

I don't know what other password you have but if you can access the system, try having a look at the administartor access tab. Check your own password to see if has administrator access (that's profile 1009). If it does, you have access to change the password for any login you want, including the nnadmin one.

If you can do that restore to factory defaults, you likely already have the required accrss.

Contact Avaya for the nnsupport password, based on your system side ID and the date.
