I have one user that has been violating company policy by sending out corporate documents as attachments, and I would like to restrict her from sending attachments.
Any ideas? If it ain't broken, play with it till it breaks.
In Exchange Admin/Mailbox Resources double click on the username. On the Limits tab you can specify a maximum size of outgoing emails. Set it to 15Kb - this is more than enough for an email, but not enough for a one page Word doc.
