I would like to share DSL access at my HQ with some pc's at remote locations.

I have a netopia 5300 FR router supporting fr connections to remote offices:
ip 195.169.124.1

remote routers:
195.169.101.1
195.169.102.1
195.169.103.1

DSL will be static IP/bridged (not PPPoE)
and would be managed by a consumer grade dsl router.

The netopoia is the current gateway for my whole network and serves DHCP.

Please advise.
Thank you in advance.

-dl.
Please advise on how I can

If I understand correctly, you only have the one internet pipe? If so, you can just add default static routes (0.0.0.0) to all of your remote office routers, all pointing back to your HQ with the DSL.

This will allow all remote sites to use that DSL as their internet pipe.
