Can I set up a password in office 2000

Is it possible to require a password to access Outlook 2000 on a PC? The mailboxes are on a server running exchange server 5.5. I want passwords to be entered whenever someone tries to get into Outlook on individual PCs.

under tools>options>mail services tab....check the "prompt for a profile to be used"
