Hello All,
I have a ACS R6 with Partner Messaging 1.0 6 port. The company has all lines answered by the auto attendent. They want a caller to press 6 to ring a group of phones (Tech Support Group) If no one answers in the group they want the call to go into a single voicemail box. Is this possible with the ACS... The first part (auto attendent pick up and trans is easy. How do you set up a calling group that if the call is not answered goes into a vm box?
