Hi. Shipping season is upon us and I am frantic!
How do I set page size for continuous labels on a tractor-fed printer? (Panasonic KX-P1150)
No matter which way I proceed, nothing works!
(jpegs to illustrate the following... )
I have to print Plant Labels; you know - the small stake that goes in a flower pot with the name and price on it.
So my page size should be .625" height by 4.875" width.
but for some reason, there is no "Custom" option for page size for this printer with the driver on my win2000 development machine.
It does have this option on the production win98 machine. But there the page dimensions settings only allow 2 decimal places. I can't get .62" or .63" to work. Either a few blank labels are skipped in between each one that prints, or no labels are skipped and an extra line space or two separats the next label that prints (therefore out of register).
If I use letter page size, when only say 5 labels are printed in one go (see jpeg in link, above), after that, the rest of the page feeds and the user has to re-align the labels in the printer before printing again.
Is there a correct method to print labels like this???
