Can I send a Word doc. in doSend ??

I usually work with Report sending,see:

DoCmd.SendObject acSendReport, "repProductList", "HTML", Me.Email, , , StrSubject, strMessagetext

I like to replace "repProductList" and HTML with
a stored Word document in RTF/or whatever required.
