Hi Guys,
I have a customer using a third party voicemail server, The ports connected to AVAYA is analog phone ports, and the type is VMI. When I access to the voice mail and leaves a message, if I hang off the phone, ideally, the voicemail should receive the busy tone instead of silence tone. So the voice mail can not drop the line automatically. Can I send a signal to the voicemail once I hang off the phone or how can I make it to send a busy tone?
The PBX is AVAYA S8500 with CM3.1.2
Thanks so much
