Can I run SQLSever 2000 and 7.0 on the same machine

If I already have SQL server 7.0 running on my server, can I install SQLSERVER 2000 and have both apps run independantly?

Yes you can, just install 2000 as a named instance. When you do the install you should be prompted with the option of upgrading your current installation or doing a named instance.
